How much does a membership cost?
We offer flexible membership plans: 9 Days Per Month ($120/mo), 13 Days Per Month ($140/mo), and Unlimited ($165/mo). All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
Do I need to be fit to start?
Absolutely not! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels. Every exercise can be scaled up or down, and our coaches will guide you through proper form and progressions. Many of our most dedicated members started as complete beginners.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. We provide all the equipment. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can give you a quick tour and introduction.
Do you offer a trial?
New members can try 2 small group training sessions for just $5. Just fill out our contact form or give us a call to schedule.
What are your hours?
Mon & Wed: 5:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Tue & Thu: 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Fri: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. We are closed on Sundays.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have a large free parking lot right in front of the gym. There's always plenty of space, even during peak hours.
Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
We offer month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime before your next month renews. Membership freezes are only available for medical reasons with a doctor's note.
