Torch Calories and Build Endurance with HIIT
Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) classes are designed to maximize your results in minimum time. Each one-hour session alternates between intense bursts of exercise and brief recovery periods, keeping your heart rate elevated and your metabolism fired up for hours after class.
Led by our certified coach, every class is scalable to your fitness level. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned athlete, our coach will push you to your personal best while keeping movements safe and effective.
Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00 AM and 6:30 AM; Monday and Wednesday at 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM; Tuesday and Thursday at 4:45 PM and 6:15 PM; and Saturday at 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
